Description
Non-Sag silver tungsten is produced by vacuum infiltration, with excellent performance and stable quality. Because the melting points of tungsten and silver are very different. Like tungsten-copper alloys, silver-tungsten alloys cannot be produced by traditional casting methods. Our process route is powder preparation - pressing - sintering - infiltration - machining. Our company selects high-purity tungsten powder and silver powder, mixes them evenly and puts them into granulation equipment to complete the powder preparation. The professionally customized vacuum sintering furnace ensures that the interior of the silver-tungsten alloy is uniform and free of holes.
